The Finance Director sets the financial strategy, economic plan and budget of the company in cooperation with the other units. They also manage cash flow, optimise processes and present financial analyses and forecasts, including recommendations. Among other things, they are responsible for monitoring risks, evaluating them and proposing ongoing measures.
