Analytical thinking, a pragmatic approach and strong business orientation, these are Aleš’s key strengths that have shaped his entire working life. Having started in FMCG marketing, he then spent part of his career in banking, where he mainly addressed issues of small and mid-sized enterprises, both in the Czech Republic and abroad. Thanks to this work experience, he has a very good insight into all potential problems that need to be faced in a company’s various life cycles. He has initiated and managed change projects, and projects for restructuring and reorganisation of businesses or organisations.

Aleš has applied and expanded his experience in Segment Manager, Sales Director and Asset Management Director positions. As his motto suggests, figures and data are important to him, and the basis of his approach is fast orientation within problems, thorough analysis of the problem and focus on its essence with the aim of finding a quick and effective solution. He is able to initiate change, to engage and motivate his team accordingly and to communicate at all levels of a company.

Aleš’s forte rests on his practical experience in change projects across industries. He has created and introduced new business strategies and service models, dealt with acquisitions and post-acquisition reorganisations, and prepared new corporate development and closure opportunities.

His achievements include a project to incorporate an acquired company into an existing organisation, a project for opening new segments within a banking institution as well as the reorganisation of a company with a new business strategy in mind, including the set-up of incentive schemes.

Aleš has implemented projects in the following companies:

  • Unilever
  • ČSOB and KBC
  • Czech Post
  • Citibank
