Martin is guided by the motto that characterises the proactive attitude to new, novel approaches and methods. He believes that the solution is always right in front of us, we just may not see it.<\/p>\n

This is exactly why during his career he has worked on projects where he has held the positions of Production and Executive Directors, as well as Sales Director of manufacturing companies. He has frequently been involved in the rescue and turnround of insolvent companies. One of his essential skills is rapid problem identification. He can go to the root, will swallow his ego and find a solution to help new development. He believes in integrity and loyalty, which he counts among his core values. He enjoys helping promising colleagues to grow and gives them space for career growth.<\/p>\n

Martin\u2019s strength lies in the identification of problems and implementation of changes. He has succeeded in turning companies with long-term losses into successful businesses. He has set up new structures, optimised costs and developed new production options. He has helped many companies in growth crisis to identify bottlenecks and adjust their structures towards sustainable development.<\/p>\n

Among his achievements, Martin counts a project to rescue a chemical and technological company and its subsequent successful sale. In this case, he managed to reverse the company\u2019s long-term poor results and ensure its profitability in a mere two years. The introduction of new technologies followed, along with the modification of environmental measures. After stabilising its relations with state and control institutions, the company was ready to be sold to a new owner.<\/p>\n
