Daniel is a skilled manager with international work experience who has a wealth of experience not only in managing people and entire companies, but also as regards risk management, lean management and obtaining subsidies. In his career, Daniel has progressed through roles from the Head of Food Department to Chief Operating Director to Chief Executive Officer. In the last two years, he has primarily been engaged in the management of a company with about 200 employees, strategic management, preparation and implementation of business plans and introduction and improvement of lean production, etc.<\/p>\n

Daniel\u2019s forte relies on his structured approach, analytical thinking and many years of experience. In addition, his strong talent is to be an \u201cactivator\u201d. He is able to get things started, to interconnect them correctly and to communicate with people. Among his inner values, he counts trust as an integral part of the success of every change.<\/p>\n

A project within which he was in charge of locating land, purchasing it, designing a manufacturing and warehousing facility, obtaining necessary permits, the actual construction, the final approval and successful launch of production for DIRAC Industries s.r.o. stands out among his achievements.<\/p>\n
