Milan\u2019s active career began in the area of occupational safety, where he had to prove his ability to communicate with people at all levels of the company, from labourers to top management. In all his roles, he managed change projects impacting behavioural change and corporate culture, which Milan is able to prepare, plan and execute. Milan has worked his way up from HSE Manager and Director, to Regional, Group and Global HSE manager positions. Milan\u2019s personal need to change the status quo was the driving force behind his change of position from a service role in HSE\/OHS to that of Production Director and later Plant Manager.<\/p>\n

Milan succeeds through his entrepreneurial mindset with a penchant for optimising LEAN tools to accelerate corporate innovations and transformations. He has demonstrably implemented cost-effective measures in all aspects of material flow, supply and the overall direction of production.<\/p>\n

Milan\u2019s strengths particularly include the ability to develop and implement continuous improvement processes to boost productivity. This goal-oriented leader with excellent communication skills has a proven history of training top teams and managers. He is experienced in developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior leadership teams and stakeholders at all levels.<\/p>\n

Among his achievements, he counts a project to rescue a construction equipment manufacturer, where by changing the organisation of production, logistics and quality, in cooperation with HR, he delivered the required profitability. Another example is the absorption of the skyrocketing demands of rolling stock production in a dynamically growing team.<\/p>\n
