The Sales Director develops business relationships with clients and approves commercial contracts and orders. Last but not least, they analyse the sales team\u2019s results and propose possible solutions. The Marketing Director monitors the market and the competition and plans and carries out PR and advertising activities. They build and develop the brand, participate in creating the sales strategy and manage marketing communication activities. They communicate with the media, graphic studios and advertising agencies.<\/p>\n
